On your move in date you will be issued one or two sets of keys (building, apartment and mailbox keys). These keys which you receive at move-in are entirely free of charge. The form below is to be used only if you need more keys or replacement keys. Our key policy is as follows…

Each leaseholder is allowed only one (1) apartment key. Once a household has been issued one key per leaseholder, requests for additional keys cannot be approved. If a household requires additional keys beyond the number permitted under this policy, the apartment lock must be changed. The applicable charges are as follows:

• $50.00 Lock Change Fee

• $20.00 per key for each leaseholder

Following a lock change, each leaseholder must pick up their new key in person at the Public Safety Office located at 40 Westwind Road. The Public Safety Office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There, they will require you to provide government-issued photo ID to verify that keys are being issued only to leaseholders.

Once this form is submitted, your resident portal account will be charged $20 per key requested. Additionally you will be charged $50 if you will require a lock change per the policy above. Payment can be made on the resident portal. We will email you once the keys are ready to be picked up with further instructions on how to get them.  There will be no refunds for keys requested through this form.
